Donald Trump vows to be a DICTATOR only on first day as POTUS if elected

Republican insurrectionist and former president of the United States told Fox News' Sean Hannity that he will be a DICTATOR only on his first day in office to secure the border, and drill, drill, drill.  Then he will stop being a Dictator.  Do you really believe that?  He only knows Dictatorship, and no Dictator only plays the Role for One Day!
