Ted Cruz is Disqualified for the Presidency of the United States of America

Donald Trump knew what he was up to when he turned the 'Birther' issue on rival Republican presidential primary candidate Ted Cruz of Texas.  Trump masterfully questioned Cruz's eligibility to hold the highest office in the land by indicating that he was really trying to help 'Ted' because the Democrats will sue if indeed Mr. Cruz is elected president.

The Real Estae mogul and reality TV personality is quite adapt at attacking his opponents weakest points; and all those who have attempted to take him on are in deep peril.  However, he is absolutely spot on with respect to Ted Cruz.

Ted Cruz was born to an American mother in Canada.  His father was not a citizen at the time.  His mother is said to have been on Canada's voter form in 1973.  He held dual citizenship for Canada and theUnited States until he renounced his Canadian side as recently as two years ago in order to prepare for his current presidential bid.

Most constitutional scholars agree that Cruz's birth to an American mother makes him a "Naturalized Citizen" but not a "Natural Born" American due to the fact that he was born on foreign soil; unlike Obama, who was born in Hawaii, an American state.  Also, Cruz was not born on US military base or territory, like John McCain; which would also be considered natural born for purposes of the presidency.    Ted Cruz is therefore, not qualified to hold the highest office on earth because his first allegiance is to his birth country -- Canada.
