Former Alabama Senator and United States Attorney General Jeff Sessions did everything he could to win back Donald Trump's affection and support for his run to reclaim his old Senate seat; the one that he vacated in order to serve as Trump's first AG. Sessions has been kissing Trump's orange ass since he was terminated from the DOJ head job by Trump. Trump blames Sessions for all his political troubles since winning the presidency. The biggest reason for that is Sessions recused himself from the Russia investigation. That recusal, according to Trump, led to the appointment of special counsel Bob Mueller; setting the course for a two year investigation of the Trump administration, then impeachment. Trump once again, rejected sessions' moves trying to woo him back. The harsh irony is that Sessions was the first major political figure that endorsed Trump after he announced his candidacy; thereby giving him the credibility that he needed with conservatives and big GOP donors.
